I am a developmental psychologist, and my work mainly focuses on language learning, more specifically on the acquisition of word meaning. I am also interested in how the social environment contributes to language development, and in broader context, to general learning processes. In addition, I’ve been investigating the effect of verbal communication on young children’s representational changes, specifically in the context of peer tutoring.
