I investigate how poverty affects child executive functions and whether we can prevent that impact through interventions in the neuroscience and education field. In particular, I study which variables associated to “poverty” have the biggest impact on executive functions; and I trial educational interventions to improve executive functioning trough neuroscience training techniques. As a complement of that work, I studied neuroscience knowledge and neuromyths in preschool teachers.
