My reseach interests include the language acquisition process in Perú, both in monolingual and bilingual settings. Recently I have been working on the adaptation of the MacArthur-Bates Communicative Development Inventories to Peruvian Spanish (with GRIAL, Grupo de Investigación en Adquisición del Lenguaje at PUCP), and also on research involving causal learning in Peruvian children (with the Gopnik Cognitive Development Lab) and literacy learning in Quechua-Spanish bilingual Peruvian children.
